1/19/11 wensday
today i will be reading about mainframe computers. They are known for filling up rooms just like the supercomputer. They are basically found in government organizations like telephone companies and airlines. Every time you use a ATM you are accessing a mainframe computer. They control the flow of data to and from computers or terminals.

Since this past week was the 1st week of the quarter, you were supposed to make a quarter plan. Since it took me awhile to get your machine setup, I'll give you until end of class on Monday to finish the plan. You should:
ReplyDelete1. Write down the name of the certification test you will be working towards.
2. Write down the name of the book you will be using.
3. Create a rough time-line of which sections you will complete by which dates during the quarter.
